AssocWorks was first appointed to organise the South African Association of Campus Health Services Annual Conference in January 2023 in Cape Town.

In 2024 we were invited back to manage their conference in White River, and we have been appointed for their January 2025 Conference in Bloemfontein

The 3-day event combines a 3-day dedicated Conference and small Exhibition. Our responsibility comprises a full 360 degree service including logistics, marketing, programme development, and booking management.

As part of our offering we created a new website and CRM system for SAACHS in 2023, using Drupal as the frontend and CiviCRM. The site is integrated with CiviMember, CiviMail, CiviEvent and CiviContribute with a paywent gateway for online payments.
