CiviCRM is a powerful membership and CRM system designed by and for membership organisations, non profit bodies, and the civic sector.

CiviCRM is a full-featured, web-based membership management CRM system that facilitates effective member engagement, and allows users to record and manage information about members, volunteers, clients, partners, event delegates, and staff.

It is extensively customisable for specific needs and integrates with organisations’ public websites to provide a unified experience for members and users.

CiviCRM offers an integrated and automated platform for contact management, memberships, events, training and development, volunteer management, financial transactions, interactions, activities, personalised email and sms communications, and detailed reporting.

The system enables administrators to determine what online self-service and data update options should be available to members and users, and whether to extend controlled system access to your Board and committees for real time member data, event reports, document repositories and preconfigured reports.

CiviCRM is open source, so it is freely downloadable without licensing fees, per-user charges, or size constraints. It has an open API that allows it to be extended to fit custom requirements.

Current projects
